The overall program is good. The content is quite comprehensive, easy to understand, and relevant to all pleasure craft operators. There are a few things that would make it better. 1 - there were several times where the video just showed a black screen. There was guidance to open the video in another window, but that's really just an irritant. It would also be good if you could get more information on the questions that you did not correctly answer. Naturally all people taking the course want to make sure they know what they need to know, even if they surpass the minimum threshold. So - help them hone in on the areas they missed, without going back through the whole module.
