I liked the program, but felt it was a little inconsistent at times with regards to which segments had the video and which did not. At least once the video did not cover everything on the written portion of the segment and I very nearly missed out on studying the information not covered in the video. Several times in the segments about rights of way, the coverage was very repetitive, so much so that it almost felt like a glitch or error. Overall well put together, but can use minor improvements. Thank you!
