I bought my daughter a lovely teepee trundle bed for her birthday. At the time I was experiencing issues with many other children's furniture purchases due to Brexit delays and Covid backlog. I was so impressed at Bobby Rabbit's communication, personal emails and the human side of their customer service in comparison. They overcame a number of shipping challenges due to the general issues over the summer with lots of alternatives when needed (in contrast I had an order with their competitor Scandiborn for some kids drawers that required me chasing for 6 months and eventually filing a claim through my bank, and another order with Smallable which went missing), and made sure to check in to make sure the item arrived for her birthday. Great experience.
