I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business. I made a recent purchase for a family member's 30th birthday (premium champagne and addition). I emailed them separate explaining my purchase (separate items) and reason... they then made a special effort to pretty-up the presentation and make it special. Immediate response, and understood. There was a small issue when I heard that evening the recipient hadn't received it (and this was delivered to her place of work). So naturally I assumed it wasn't delivered and queried Bockers & Pony. They went out of their way to ensure that it had been delivered, understood my frustration (and it's direction) and found the recipient's receptionist had gone home sick soon after receiving it and didn't pass it on. So not their fault. But a wonderful breath of fresh air to see how professionally and promptly this was handled. I've now complete trust in what they do, and how they do it.
