After receiving a beautiful Bockers&Pony hamper for Valentine's Day, I decided to buy one for my Mother for Mother's Day. The site wasn't allowing me to add items to my cart so I phoned customer service because they boast how helpful they can be, however, no one answered and I left a message. No one to this day has called me back. I also opted for my mother to receive her gift on Friday before Mothers Day, however it was delivered days earlier which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, the products are lovely and my mum was super happy to receive her hamper. I will definitely use Bockers&Pony again!
