I was sending a gift to a friend for their birthday. I got a message to say that they were unable to access the building and that my friend was not answering her phone. I got in contact with my friend and we made other arrangements. Bockers & Pony delivered the next morning Amazing!! So many other companies would have just left it at the front door. I will definitely use them again. I know they care about their customers. Thank you !!
