Kosistenz hat ja jeder andere Vorlieben wer es sehr flüssig mag so wie Milch o. Wasser 10/10 ich mag es tatsächlich einfach weil ich es schon gewohnt war von Proteinprodukten etwas dickflüssiger. Fühlt sich irgendwie an als würde man dann wirksames protein zu sich nehmen deswegen für Mich bei Konsistenz 8/10.
Man kann es super in smoothies oder zu zeiner Mahlzeit dazu tun
