The website is not very user friendly. To many pop-ups when you hover over menu items make the website really annoying to navigate. Also the website states typical shipping time within Australia is 24-48 hours after ordering. I needed a board ASAP as I was visiting Australia and this is one of the reasons I chose to order. I ordered on Tuesday afternoon, it took several days for the board to arrive at the store, it was finally dispatched on the Friday and arrived the following Thursday. It would have been nice if the store had given a heads up that it would take so long. I may have changed my order to a board that was in stock and selected a faster delivery method. That being said I ordered a board online with minimal effort and it arrived eventually, plugged in the right spot so that’s something.
