I placed an order with bodybuilding warehouse 7 days ago and it has once again been lost by Hermes (surprise surprise). I messaged BBW via Facebook messenger to ask for an update and they stated that they have contacted Hermes and to allow 48hours for a reply so that's what I did.... I received no reply so I messaged again.... this time not getting a reply at all, then I messaged again.... No reply. So I have now messaged BBW again today with a complaint and am once again waiting for a reply. The customer service is appalling and I now plan to let everyone know at my gym, workplace and social media about how bad my experience has been so far and telling them to avoid. I think I will be shopping from myprotein from now on even if they do cost more as BBW aren't worth the hastle. This is not the first time I have had these issues with BBW so take it from me and avoid, use my protein or dolphin fitness where the customer service is good and you actually receive what you have paid money for if not I guarantee this will at some point be you posting a negative review. I have even sent my conversations direct to the managing director to see if he actually cares about the business and potential loss of sales, so we will see.
