I am body catalyst customer for 3 years however in my last visit when I clearly explained I wanted a treatment for my wrinkles , their staff suggested HIFU and assuring that one session is effective. on a day of treatment another staff told me I needed at least THREE sessions to see results and it would only last for 4 weeks! I did the one session which is very expensive with NO result and I’m very disappointed on how they misinformed me and wasted $700 for nothing . Don’t trust what they say because their own staff on next session would say something completely different . very poor . I am yet to receive a call back from the actual manager for explanation.
