Overall everything was great. The staff was very friendly, the procedure and expected outcomes were explained in detail.
For the fat-freeze procedure, one of the applicator's suction was not working properly. It was just placed on the body without suction of the treatment area. I highlighted that to the staff during the procedure but it was ignored.
As a result there is imbalance of fat loss on that side. The other side seems to be doing great
