Do NOT gamble with your money with this company! I spent over $3000 on a treatment plan that was recommended by their staff and it did absolutely nothing. The team agreed it did absolutely nothing and yet they refuse to comply with consumer protection laws and offer any kind of reimbursement, instead telling me that beauty treatments are always a gamble and that there’s no guarantee they’ll work. That is definitely not the confident opinion they offered during my initial consult that convinced me to part with my money. After pursuing my rights with fair trading I found out that unfortunately even though I should be entitled to some sort of reimbursement, they cannot take the matter further as the company has gone into voluntary liquidation. I’m devastated and am left feeling so guilty over the money that has been wasted. I’ve since spoken to ex-staff members who’ve said that my situation is common and that during their time with the company the majority of their clients would report little to no results and that the company never accepted accountability and instead would try to blame the client saying they’d either gained or lost weight. It’s honestly shameful that companies like this are allowed to prey on women’s insecurities and face no repercussions. Do yourself a favour and seek a second opinion from a company that operates with moral standards.
