I love Body Ecology products! I use Vitality Supergreens, the Probiotic Protein Shake and Cocobiotic. I like to have a drink of Cocobiotic first thing in the morning, it feels like a great way to start my day. Shortly after that, I drink either Vitality Supergreens or a green juice, then maybe an hour later, the Probiotic Shake. This leaves me feeling energized and satisfied until lunch. I blend it with 1/2 water and 1/2 oat milk or Better Half. The shake is definitely the best-tasting shake I've had and the ingredients are amazing. Body Ecology helped me overcome some health issues years ago and I continue to use the products to stay healthy. I am very grateful!
