Body Ecology is a program I’m so thankful to have found. I’ve tried many different approaches to address Candida overgrowth, and this one just seems to make the most sense with emphasizing the different principles and keeping the PH at a favorable level so digestion is optimized and disease doesn’t have a conducive environment to grow. I find it to be a gentle approach to rebalancing the gut microbiome, with excellent support and products, although the products do add up. Overall though, I’m pleased after 3 months and consider Body Ecology like a training for developing healthy lifestyle habits. In time, I look forward to slowly adding legumes and berries back in. I think the hardest part for me has been eating to 80%. Last thi, their customer service is really helpful if you have a question. Definitely call. They’re helpful in answering questions.
