I have been using Body Ecology products for many years and they are all excellent! Everyday, I start my morning with Liquid Ancient Minerals in a quart of water with a little Celtic Sea Salt. My morning smoothie is something I cannot live without and I am not hungry until lunchtime. I blend a little water, a little CocoBiotic, 2 scoops of Vitality Super Greens, 1 teaspoon of Super Spirulina, 1 scoop of Probiotic Protein Shake and 1/2 of an avocado in my blender and it is not only delicious, but it is very filling.
