I used to make my own coconut kefir from fresh coconut with Body Ecology kefir starter. It worked great and love the product . After going to a more remote area in California where fresh coconuts were hard to come by I started buying cocobiotic. Love this product too and saves a lot of time . Super delicious and mood elevating !
