This is absolutely tastless. I was concerned that this might have a strong taste, but I mix it with a half glass of water, along with my liquid vitamin B complex, and drink it down every morning. It has absolutely no taste, and is very easy to take. I’ve only been taking it for about a week so I don’t see much of a difference in my health, But I like the idea of getting all these important trace minerals.
