I use ancient earth minerals every day, three drops twice a day. Once with my vitality super greens, and later in my green drink for work. That is three drops, with water, a pinch of Celtic sea salt, and some lemon, and lime. I love all of Donna gates products, and tell my family, and friends, and customers about how great they are.
