I have been using Kefir Starter quite a few years now. I live on Kauai and began getting fresh coconut water at the same time. I put the Kefir Starter in the coconut water, along with some probiotics. I let it sit for a few days and drink the concoction every morning and night. I began ordering the product from that large company that begins with "A" and was not happy with their service, plus I much prefer to pay the maker of the product. Service has been very prompt and communication is timely. I would definitely be categorized as a satisfied customer with both the service and quality of product.
