I have tried multiple powder shakes and they all taste terrible, even with fruit in them. This one is pleasant to drink even with just water, which is a major plus! It doesn't fill me up for very long but I do feel like I can feel the benefits of it in my gut. It's also a bonus because in most shakes I have to avoid the pea protein or the grains, but I think because these are fermented, they are okay. I was offered a coupon for writing this review, but everything I've said is true, which is why I felt okay about writing it.
