Body Ecology is saving my life. The only thing with the kefir starter is I get nervous whether it is ready to drink or gone bad (because the taste is sour). I especially get nervous when I'm re-using the packets. Besides this, no complaints! The supergreen mix is good with some added stevia. Excited to heal.
