I bought the ancient minerals and the cocobiotics a week ago. I am still enjoying both of them. I cannot feel the effects of the ancient minerals but I am familiar with their benefits. I love the cocobiotics. I add it to some of it to my cold herbal drinks everyday. I probably will learn to make it myself as it is a bit more than i can afford to pay for
