I first heard of Body Ecology several years ago from someone working at a wheatgrass bar. My energy was low and I was searching for better health. I began drinking the protein shake after reading the online reviews. I loved how I felt so I began slowly adding other products after reading reviews. Soon I’ll be 62. I feel wonderful! I don’t take any prescription medications. I meditate daily. Over the years I’ve read the body ecology articles, book, cookbook and with the principle of uniqueness, do what makes me feel great. I appreciate Donna Gates and Body Ecology for their wisdom and great products.
