Donald was very kind, and patient, today when I couldn't figure out how to apply my BE discounts to my order, and thought I had lost them. He had to re-enter my order himself to get the codes and then talked me through how to find them on my own next time. He also was the person who answered my email question last week. I have ordered several times recently and received all orders correctly and quickly (I did pay extra for UPS Ground). I am very pleased with my Body Ecology experience!
