I find the BED website a bit cumbersome to navigate, especially in regards to the BE rewards--I can't intuitively figure out how to get the points into my cart sometimes--maybe says more about me than the website? BUT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME! Whenever I email with a question, I get a QUICK response from a real person. Also deliveries have been quick and seamless. A well-oiled operation!
