Dear Donna and BE team, I can’t thank you enough for the fantastic service knowledge and products you provide for anyone choosing to heal their body naturally. I highly recommend to anyone considering taking this healing path to read The Body Ecology Diet book. It is a road map to healing. The extensive information contained in this book gives insight to what is going on in your body and why so you can make best decisions on how to proceed with rebalancing your self. It is my “go to” reference book. I also recommend the “Body Ecology’s Guide to Growing Younger” which is also a wealth of holistic information. All the BE products are excellent. I’ve tried and currently use many of them most notable the Assist digestive enzymes which are stellar. The kefir starter another favorite since learning the magic of coconut water kefir through BE.
