I don't really have a 'story' to tell except that my "system" gets off track more often than it used to ... and I find that staying on a regular program of using the Body Ecology products, especially the Probiotic Protein Shake and the InnergyBiotic and CocoBiotic fermented beverages, helps a great deal! I recently am trying the Ancient Earth Minerals and the EcoPhage which also seem to be having a positive effect on my gut health. I have used the Kefir Starter for years and am a huge fan -- if there is one change you can make to improve your gut health, do try Kefir; you will glad that you did!!
