I found Body Ecology information at the Dr office , being treated for Candida. “Regain your health” are the words that struck out at me.
Went home, ordered the book, read all about my health issues in there. Ordered the Super Green drink and a box of cultures for cultured vegetables and started eating the BED way. Immediately felt better.
At my six month check up the Dr. was amazed how I had improved and asked what I was doing. Dropped the drugs and stayed with Body Ecology and that was 17 years ago.
