After a recent diagnosis of osteoporosis and my refusal to simply take fosamax, a nutritionist consult recommended your products to improve my ability to absorb the good food I was already eating. After watching some of the videos, I have just successfully finished my first cultured veggies with one of the starter recipes, and they are quite tasty! After waiting a week, in the south during summertime, the top popped when removing it and the liquid was a bit effervescent. Wow! It’s alive! (Hoping that is normal?!?)
