I am so glad I found Donna Gates and her gut-healing products. So far I have purchased Assist Si, Assist Full Spectrum, Kefer starter, Cocobiotic, and Vitality Super Green Powder. I have seen significant improvements with my son's digestion and my own. They really reduce the bloated feeling after meals. I especially like the Vitality Green Powder. I have tried many brands over the years and this one by far tastes the best. The taste doesn't take over the taste of the smoothie; I use it everyday. The kefir is very easy to make; I use Harmless coconut water to make mine. If I had to pick my top 3 products, I would start with the Vitality Super Green Powder if you make smoothies, the digestive enzymes that I mentioned above, and the cocobiotic drink. If you see a positive change in your digestive health, then I would start making the kefir because it is very easy to make and you only need to drink a small amount everyday to get the benefits of a fermented drink.
