I went to the doctor with a black coating on my tongue and soft stools for the last 2 months. Obviously, something was wrong in between. He told me not to worry, that nothing serious was wrong, and it would go away on its own. I researched further and discovered I had Candida. I paid around $50 for a 'Candida Diet' on the Internet. It took 10 weeks on the diet, but the Candida came back. Then I found Body Ecology Diet and started that. I had planned to be on the diet for 4 months but, due to travel, I only completed 2-1/2 months on Body Ecology Diet. But my Candida has been gone! and I have more energy than ever. I never get depression anymore. All my little aches and pains are gone. Now that I'm back home and continuing back on the diet (because I feel so good when I'm on it), I'm experimenting with Phase 2. I experiment with add-in foods such as tomatoes or rice - one at a time - and some foods give me no symptoms, but others bother me. Now I know for sure how to keep myself healthy and happy!
