I have been using Body Ecology products for more than 20 years. I have never purchased anything that I was unhappy with. I have just started taking Ancient Minerals so I can not really say how I feel about them yet. However, I have been taking Vitality Super Greens for many years. I know how they work because every time I stop taking them for awhile ( you know how it is when you just think they probably are not doing anything or maybe this other product is better) I notice different things I had forgotten, like energy and stress levels.
