I've been taking the Assist Full Spectrum Enzymes as well as the Dairy and Protein Assist and the Assist SI for a few weeks now. I have a systemic candida albicans infection and other enzymes I were taking didn't seem to be doing the trick. I've been feeling better and have much less bloating and gas and I've been happy. I feel like these enzymes are doing their job and helping me break down my food for better digestion.
