My first time making kefir. I enjoyed the process, in which I followed the Body Ecology Diet Cookbook recipe. I used coconut meat. It’s in my fridge now, and I love using my batch to flavor smaller batches of sweetened-with-Stevia or savory (like adding herbs and garlic powder, or making the Tzatziki Sauce from the Cookbook recipe. One morning, I had the kefir for breakfast with the Pumpkin Flatcakes. So delicious! Flavor to your heart’s content!
