I have used EcoBloom along with the Kefir starter in a batch of kefir, my first batch, actually, and I’m impressed with the result. Its very rich and creamy, it didn’t take long to ferment, and the flavor is very mild. I’m waiting on an order of some canning equipment so I can make a batch of cultured veggies using the EcoBloom & the veggie starter. I’m expecting good things!
