Vitality SuperGreen packs many of the things I want to add to my diet in a handy mix. Instead of having several little packages of this and that, it's already put together for me. Of course BE will tell you it tastes great, so I'll back them up as a customer - it really is a tasty mix! I put it in a veggie smoothie every day, it blends well with all sorts of foods.
