I have thought that I might still have some candida since I had an infection 3 years ago and had to take a round of antibiotics. Since then, I have not been able to lose the 12 pounds that I gained. I started on the Candida diet several weeks ago. So far I have lost 3 pounds and feel much better and have more energy! I have been using the Kefir Starter and recently made the Quinoa Milk and the Coconut Kefir. The product works very well. My only issue is finding a warm enough place in our home since we keep our thermostat at 68 degrees. I am very thankful to have found this website!
