The service from order to delivery was excellent.
Unfortunately, my order decision for the large size was not correct. I tried the large unit but is was too big, it was not fitting firmly on my arm or shoulder.
I would like if possible to exchange it for the "medium" size and return this one in my possession. If this can be done please advise me of the procedure for it. Regards, Gail
