The brace was too small so I had to return it. The returns process was quick and easy and the customer service has been great. I tried to buy a different brace from another store because I didn’t realise they sell it here (I was frantically trying to find something that fits my leg so I am not in so much pain walking) and the other place still hasn’t sent it. I have asked to cancel and I’ll be returning to BodyHeal to purchase it through them!
