The service I received from Besh was 2nd to none. The item was posted promptly & a tracking number supplied so I was aware of delivery time. Unfortunately the brace I ordered was too tight so I contacted Besh to discuss returning it for a larger unit. While the larger unit was not in stock he did have some more coming in and let me know the ETA on these. I sent the other one back & Besh kept me updated during the process, right up to the date of dispatch from him. Awesome service & I'll definitely recommend your company to anyone needing a brace. I'll do a product review once I've worn it awhile & can give an honest opinion. Regards Craig
