Thought I was suffering from what I called "hip" pain but finally found a chiropractor who diagnosed subluxation (dislocation) of the Sacrum as the cause of many of my back, hip & leg issues. The belt has helped so much in relieving tension in the muscles along my lower back and my hip flexors. It also helps me sleep much more comfortably. The trick is to wear it low enough so it supports the Sacro-Iliac area. A great solution to lots of niggly problems for me.
