I ordered two dresses from Boho Factory about a month ago. When they arrived I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of the material. It was cheap, paper thin, and looked completely different online. When I tried to contact Boho Factory for a return label, they would not refund the order because it was past the 15 day period. In reality, I emailed them initially on the 15th day, but it took them two days to email me back. I am now out $65 since they would not refund me.
