Ordered 2 dresses from here & a pair of earrings for $97.61 AUD. I was appalled by what I had received. The first dress looked somewhat alike but absolute horrible quality, you could see right through the dress (this was a white floral dress). The second dress was not at all what i had ordered, I had paid for a green maxi dress, received a blue piece of cloth which was not even the same style of what I had ordered. AND i also had not even received the earrings i paid for. When you go to look at the refund policy it states that there are no refunds on sale items, but if you have a look through this website, ALL ITEMS are on sale, so of course no refunds. I emailed Boho Factory regarding the whole situation, but all they could say was 'have you read our refund policy?' and did not acknowledge one bit that the earrings I paid for i did not get. Not at all helpful, these items honestly look like they have been made from the most horrible quality materials, DO NOT buy from Boho Factory, I can take a guess that all items will probably be this way and seeing as you can't get a refund on sale items but all items are on sale? SCAM. DO NOT buy from Boho Factory, they are a SCAM.
