This company is a joke. Horrible quality in clothing. I ordered two dresses and both are completely see thru. I emailed the company that I wanted to exchange one dress for a black one and receive a refund on the other dress and all they could say was did you look at our refund policy? When you go to look at the refund policy it states that there are no refunds on sale items, but if you have a look through this website, ALL ITEMS are on sale, so of course no refunds. There was also an item that I had ordered that was no longer available and instead of receiving a refund for a product I never received, they gave me a store credit and I had to pay for the shipping. Not at all helpful, these items honestly look like they have been made from the most horrible quality materials, DO NOT buy from Boho Factory, I can take a guess that all items will probably be this way and seeing as you can't get a refund on sale items but all items are on sale? SCAM. DO NOT buy from Boho Factory, they are a SCAM.
