I am so so disappointed with Boho Factory's products and their customer service. I had ordered 2 items, with an estimated delivery date- hoping the take the items on a trip with me. The items themselves were 2 weeks late. They sent me the WRONG item, and now they refuse to refund me, even though it was not my fault. They had offered to send something to me for free instead- but I would need to pay shipping. Unfortunately , due to the quality of the clothes I did receive, I will not be ordering anything. AND they have blocked me from posting comments on their facebook page.
