Ordered a dress beginning of January and it is now the second week of April and I still do not have my package. I contacted customer service in March (before my item had even shipped out!) for a refund because their website clearly states ships within 2-7 businesses days and the response I got was “please have more patience”. When I responded to the “please have patience” I received no response! I will never order from this company again and I recommend others take their hard earned money elsewhere!
