I would give them a no star,not even a 1 if it was a option. Horrible return policy....oh wait,there is no return policy!! As a consumer you have no rights. Whatever you order and whatever you get , you are stuck with. I even disputed with my credit card and they stood by this horrible company. So I will be canceling my credit card,which was Bank of America as well. I suggest if you insist on ordering from this company that you keep that in mind and use an American Express card because they are usually best at Disputing charges. I do not recommend that you order from this company because of this and the quality of their items is total trash and is not how it looks in the pictures. It comes from China with no paperwork or in voice and no return information. If you email them they deliberately take their time to get back to you so that their 30 day policy is up and then they turn around and tell you it's too late. And their return policy is total BS! It's a shame that these credit card companies don't stand behind the consumer and allow this to happen.
