Boho Factory is a terrible company. They advertise free shipping and returns; however, they do not honor this. I purchased four items from them, and I only received three items after a month. The quality of the three items I did receive was terrible, and there were threads pulling despite the clothing never having been worn. There is no address to return to, and you have to contact them to get an address. I have been trying to get my money back, but all they will offer is one free item in return. This obviously does not compensate for the money that I spent on four items, only three of which I received. This company is a pure scam. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
