I ordered 4 dresses and not only did they arrive late,they were also useless cheap quality, and ugly. i asked to return them and for a refund. They would not give me the return address and kept telling me that they could send me new items instead but i have to pay for shipping. I said No and No, of course. Finally, they said that my items are not eligible for refund since they were sale items! ALL THEIR ITEMS ARE ALWAYS ON SALE!!! of course, they put this policy on fine print expecting customers not to notice it. They also blocked my store account so i wont be able to review the items i want to return. They will block you in FB if you comment negatively on their pictures. What a scam!!! i lost $200!!!Such an expensive mistake!
