I mistakenly placed an order with them their policy stated to make changes to thw order that it had to be within an hour. A hour did not pass as yet sent an email to them never got a respones until the third day. I got the response that my order had already ship. This was not true because it stated that my order had not yet been processed. After trying to explain and ask for them to cancel the order they kept saying it shipped. I was like ok anyway only because I liked the dress I dont mind. I told them that I hope the dress looked the same as the picture. When I received the dress looked nothing like the website displays looks really cheap. Everytime i left a comment on their facebook or instagram page they went and deleted it
